I Do More Than Just Family Law
Family law is a concern for people now more than ever. I work with my clients to ensure their families have a rock-solid legal foundation. I can assist clients in any aspect of family law, from divorce to child custody to adoption.
While family law is my primary focus, many of my clients have concerns outside of family court. I am ready and able to help my clients with such concerns as:
- Estate planning and probate: Crafting a will, setting advanced directives, selecting an executor and creating trusts. I also guide families through probate when a loved one passes, ensuring estates are administered properly and according to Oklahoma law.
- Deprived cases: Representing parents, relatives and interested parties when the Department of Human Services (DHS) alleges a child has been abused, neglected or is without proper care. I fight to protect parental rights and family unity in these high-stakes proceedings.
- Personal injury – plaintiff: Representing injured clients in car accidents, slip-and-fall cases and other negligence claims. I negotiate with insurance companies and fight for fair compensation for medical bills, lost wages, and pain and suffering.
- Workers’ compensation: Helping injured workers navigate the Oklahoma workers’ compensation system to secure benefits, medical treatment and compensation after workplace injuries.
